    Hello from Michigan!

    Hi folks, my name is Abe. I'm pretty new to smoking meat. I am an Applied Physics Phd student at the University of Michigan. I use an offset smoker (an old New Braunfels black diamond) and just received a new generation MES 40. I am excited to get to know everyone and get better at BBQ!
