So I got my MES 30 smoker a few weeks ago, but do to some issues I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet. Hello! I just purchased a Masterbuilt 30-inch Electric Smoker (New Generation) from Amazon, and I'm incredibly excited to start smoking. I live in Brooklyn, NY, and can't wait to start making pastrami, brisket etc. Looking forward to being an active member of this forum!
