    What's your occupation?

    I have been working as a chemical processor the last five years. The rotating shifts do not leave as much time as I would like for smoking. Also I have been spending countless hours building a food/catering truck.

    just finished first smoke on my new gasser! stopped at the market and picked up fresh chorizo, chicken legs and tomato basil sausage. Turned out amazing!!!

    Thanks guys!! Got the smoker together and just finished seasoning it. Smoked great and also held the temps pretty steady. Looking forward to filling it full of good stuff this weekend. Only one problem. The handle did not fit on the door of the smoker. gonna call the manufacturer and see if they...
