Here is my 1st ever Pork Butt. Just did it for the Super Bowl
8.5 lb Pork Butt
rubbed and sat 24hrs in fridge
smoked at 225
til hit IT of 165/ then foiled/used foiling juice
put back in smoker til IT of 190
was smoked with Pit Master blend AMNPS (thanks Todd)
my smoker is a MES 40 Old...
Here is our Mac n Cheese recipe;
2lbs of Pasta (of your choice)
1 1/2 lbs of American Cheese
2 blocks of Sharp Chedder Cheese
1 qt of Milk
salt/pepper
top with Velveeta
smoker set at 225
smoke for 3 hrs
used Pecan AMNPS
= pure Awesomeness !!!!

Thank you for the Welcome, and I too would like to extend a Welcome to you. This site is awesome, I have learned alot so far, and even applied some of my learning to my couple smokes.
If you haven't already found out about AMNPS, please do your self a favor and look into it...

I got one when I ordered my other smoker, the dialog MES smoker from QVC, it came with it. BUT, I bought my other one from Amazon.com look up Frog Mat as a search on Amazon.com, it should come up

I just smoked a large batch of nuts today following your recipe, words can not describe how insanely awesome these are !!!!! I used Pitmaster Blend pellets and fired up the MES 40.
