    I'm hoping to smoke a turkey breast for a family gathering soon. I plan on smoking it at home and taking it to the gathering about 20 minutes away. What would be the best way to transport it? Foiled, in a cooler? How long would it hold a decent temp before serving? If anyone has any experience...

    Here it is, out of the smoke. Didn't stay on as long as I would have liked but I was working on a deadline. Was still tasty though.

    I used Jeff's rub. Smoking with hickory, apple and pecan shells at 225 for about 9 hours.
