    Been grilling many years and got into smoking several years ago---seriously brining and smoking about 2 years ago.  Recently purchased a Bradley 4 rack digital smoker and love it!  Got into curing and smoking pork a few months ago.  Plan on brining and smoking a turkey + smoking a pork loin...
