I tried the rub today after I bought it and I'm not sure what I did wrong. I used normal brown surgar and did everything exactly according to the notes. It seem to go on cakey and I guess it was way to much. I'm going to try some dark brown surgar and see what that does. I used the 2-2-1 method...
1/4 C of veg oil or you can try olive
1/4 C of sherry cooking wine
1/8 tsp of pepper
2 tbs of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of worchester sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Mix all this stuff up and Oh this is very, very important. I kid you not. Put it into something that you can shake up...
