    Hi All, Thought I'd say hi. Only recently discovered the joys of low n slow, and can't beleive it has taken so long! Have a 5 burner gas BBQ and pretty much just did the usual steaks, skewers, and sausages with the occasional go at prawns and scallops. Well Man v Food changed all that...
