    Smoking on Sunday 2nd smoke

    Got some baby back ribs and what the market calls southern style ribs. Some chicken quarters and breasts. My own dry rub all over. TBS !! Hickory chips, meats in. Ready to go  Stay tuned

    First smoke this pass weekend AWSOME

    Hi all. Smoked my first pork butt and chicken thighs yesterday. It was awsome  Started the just shy of 10# pork at 1 am. Checked on it and added more hickory and put the thighs in at 6 am. Here is a "Q" at  10am ish. Took the thighs off, they were done. Kept the pork in for a couple more...

    New to SMF and Smoking

    Hi all. What an awsome forum! I live in New Hampshire. Just ordered my first smoker from Bass Pro and should get it in a couple days. I am so excited . It is the MasterBuilt XL. Thank You all!! Alot of great info here.
