    If you have a KitchenAide mixer, the meat grinder and stuffer attachments work well with small batches.

    Hi all, I have been using my weber charcoal grill as a smoker :grilling_smilie:. It works great, but can't cook anything else. Time to move to a dedicated smoker. Looks like the consensus is a Weber as well. Can't wait to do my kielbasa in it. Best, Dave
