    Smoked almond fail

    I seemed to have failed at my first smoke. I did almonds on the OBS. Here is what I did Soaked almonds in salt water for 24 hours Let them air dry over night Got smoker heated up to 200 degrees Used hickory Bradley Bisquettes and smoked for 4 hours, vent wide open... Didn't taste smokey at all...

    Pellet mod for OBS

    Hi first off is there a dedicated Bradley forum here?? Can't find it while surfing on my phone.... Here is the question. I've heard a little bit about a pellet mod on the Bradley smoker. Can someone fill me in on that or point me in the right direction? Thanks

    I was looking at this Kamado kettle at Costco and its $599.99 plus tax...well this morning I bought a used one at a Habitat for Humanity store for $275 taxes in.
