    Thanks for the replies everyone. Didn't think much about the altitude, even though I see it on everything I bake. I think I'll just throw the butt in a little earlier than planned and keep out wrapped up if it gets done a little earlier. Off to shop for meat in the morning!

    I also found that if you change the time or temp on the main unit it doesn't show up (change) on the remote.  I think the good rule of thumb is if you start with the remote finish with the remote and if you start with the main unit finish with the main unit.
