Hello, new to the forum with a couple/few questions!!
What do you mean by the "danger zone"? You mean the butts need to get to 140* within the first 4 hours of smoking? Should I turn the smoker on and get it to temp before placing butts in the smoker? Thanks for all the ideas so far, much appreciated! -
