Quick (24hour) cold smoked salmon (w/ qview)
Just one end, but I probably had the inlet vent open too wide so it burned fast. I'm not ruling out the possibility that it jumped rows. It was my first time using the AMNPS, so I'm still learning it. Either way, the fish is nice and has a good smokey flavour to it and I'm not complaining... -
