    St. Louis Ribs

    So I've now smoked a boston butt and a packer brisket, and I was very happy with both.  Next on my hit list is some good ribs.  I've seen some great threads on prep.  Including trimming them for St. Louis style, and peeling the membrane before rubbing. Really looking to see what sort of kick ass...

    First Smoke Ever

    Hello from NY!

    So I've always loved good BBQ and a guy I work with told me about his success with smoking.  Somehow I got the bug and just bought my first smoker.  I plan on giving it a shot this weekend, and have already found tons of good info and tips here.
