    Yes, that should be fine. Just old oil. If you are worried, burn it off a few times before use.

    There is some good sausage here. But better than that is Mett. It's ground up raw pork on a roll with onions, salt and pepper. Quite tasty. Once you get over the fact that it is raw pig.

    Hey everyone. Thought I had registered for the site a while back, but I guess I didn't. Been smoking and barbecuing for a long time, but always learning better ways to do it. Love trying new things and will be delving into curing sometime soon. Might not be until I get back to the states though...
