    Can I smoke a whole brisket placed at an angle in my Masterbuilt 30 electric smoker?

    I have a 30'' MB electric smoker and I would like to smoke a 13lb brisket this weekend for a party. Can I place the brisket in the smoker at an angle if I support it some how? Would it be better to cut it into pieces? Thanks, Alan
