Well after kicking ideas around and peer pressure it has been decided that I am smoking 2 butts on Saturday the 31st. Gonna crash at my buddies the house the night before and get up bout 4-5 and throw em on. Should be a great day of smoking and kicking the football season off.

Never made a rub before either...so the rub I put together turned out better than I thought too.

Hello fellas, been lurking for a little while and figure I would jump in. Live just north of the Atlanta area and work in the Law Enforcement business. I am a rookie when it comes to smoking, but hope that all changes here real soon. Got a smoker on the way for a Christmas gift and cant wait...
