    Rick, after this I know I will be building that proofer smoker. Headed over to Gander Mt to get some game bags to freeze some ground. I think I have about 75 pounds cleaned up so far and need to make some room in the fridge.

    SIL has a buddy that dropped at least 150 pound and maybe close to 200 pound of boned out Doe and wanted me to make SS, Snack Stix, Jerky and packs of ground burger.
