    Morning folks and Happy New Year. Things finally slowed down for us about 4 am and I have to admit I grabbed a couple of hours sleep before loading the pork shoulder into the MES for tonight. Not sure how many of the folks will stick around for that. Lot's of snoring going on here LOL.

    I've used a Weber SM for about 8 years and love the way it smokes salmon, ribs and turkey.
