    Ready To build LP tank Smoker

    Hey. I am ready to build a smoker from an old LP 100gal L.P. tank. I have read the best way to cut is to fill with H20 until it comes out the top. and then start the cutting. Seems to be a good option since the water will displace any residual gas. Any thoughts on this method? Thanks...
