1st I smoked rubbed and smoked my chicken
While chicken smoked I made my BBQ Sauce
Smoked the chicken to 190's to make it pull easier and cut up red...
Smoking 7 racks today for a little get togeather. Plus 40 burgers on the grill and some dogs. Gonna be 65 degrees but a little windy. Will post more pics as they develop.
