    Smoked some ribs, chicken and sausage yesterday on my Texans UDS.  It was a gorgeous day out.  Posting the ribs on the Pork thread, and i'll throw the chicken on the poultry.

    Just seasoned my new UDS's last night, wanted to share them with the forum.  I didn't build them, but I'm a happy owner! My Daddy raised me to love the Oilers, and the Cowboys!!  Football, and BBQ, heaven, and heaven!
