I have about 18inches from my grate to the coal basket. Would it be okay to cook or would I need to add a Defuser. My basket is 22.5 charcoal grate and is 6inches high. Here's a pic of the Defuser I made out of a pizza pan.

I did an update this morning by cutting the coal basket down to 6 instead of 10, now should I move my cook grate up and add a grill lid or add a defuser plate and keep my flat lid. If so what would be the height that the plate or. Bowl would need to be above the basket and what would I use to...
