    How long will hollandaise sauce keep?

    I am going to be cooking for a friends dirty thirty birthday party and want to make a breakfast fatty with hollandaise sause  and would like to make it ahead of time.  Party is Friday night arrive at condo Saturday dinner would like to do a breakfest fatty or two for folks.

    Cold Smoking in a WSM?

    If i buy the amazn pellet or sawdust smoker will I be able to smoke in the wsm using this for cold smoking cheese and bacon? Do i need to go to a MES or propane cabinet smoker for better results? Thanks steve

    Kingsford Charcoal Cost

    I have a wsm and am looking for a good place to buy charcoal.  Costco has it 2 20lb bags for 16 bucks.  Home depot was two bags for 17 is the cheapest you can find it for usually?  Is there a better fuel to use for the wsm? Thanks and have a nice weekend.

    Hi from denver

    Hello. I have a wsm 18.5, wish I had bought the 22.5 all ready.  Been smoking since april and made some awesome food by following advice here and on the virtual webber site.  Thanks for all the cool food shots keeps me motivated to put the time in.
