    Names Joe I likes Huntin, Fishin, and eatin good. I like to smoke, pork butts, pork ribs, deer hams, summer sausage just about anything. My grandpa says you could smoke a turd and it would be good! I posted a pic of my build, it is under Side box. I am here to learn how to use it!

    I have smoked meat for years, I prefer the pork butt. Folks Love it or Hate it. The ones who hate it say it's too smokey. Is there such a thing? If so how to you keep it from being so smokey? Side box smoker. Seasoned Hickory

    Hello from Mayflower Arkansas! Been building a cooker for a while now... Almost done! Now I just have to learn how to use it. Here are some pics. Have now installed thermometers on each door. Almost done with the trailer!
