    Gianormous Pork Shoulder Carving Station -Q View

    Cooked this bad boy on high heat with logs of oak and king ford charcoal.  Slap Yo Daddy HOT rub and a blend of my own spices.  This and spicy bbq sauce of my own creation.  Wife put together a slaw of sweet beets, jicama (mexican apple, carrots, and lime juice. Awesome!!!

    Easter Smoked Stuffed Turkey

    Hey yah I know that it isn't safe to eat it out of the bird.  I throw it in the microwave and get it way up in temp before serving to kill anything.  It came out moist and delicious. I'll try to update my location, but that seems creepy why everyone cares about that.  I live in Erie, Colorado.
