Wife wanted a repeat of the last smoked Stufz session. We did 80/20 ground beef w/ a white onion, mushroom, bacon, Colby jack, and cream cheese filling. I'll throw chopped jalapenos in as well next time! Served them up on sourdough French bread, w/ fresh tomato, spinach leaves, and red onions... -

Scar, nothing too fancy w/ the squash. I split them lengthwise in quarters, rub w/ some olive oil, and season lightly. Smoked them w/ the chicken after the tri-tip was pulled .They always seem turn out. -
