    My MES smoker will not heat called the support line and they sent me a new digital control unit that arrived yesterday, installed this and did not fix the problem. Called them to find that all support is off till Monday for Easter. Any Ideas on what can be done to get this smoker going? Any help...

    New MES, anything I should know?

     I have had the same problem, easiest way I have found to trick the thermometer is to put a pan of hot water in it for a couple of min. and the error message will go away.
