    I think it really depends on how much of the fattie you eat.  If you eat 1-3 slices, you're eating 1-3 slices of bacon and 1-3 sausage patties with whatever you stuffed in it. It's a lot easier to go to a breakfast place and get a lot more than that on the menu. Or even lunch or dinner for that...

    I've also found covering the water pan with foil makes for easier clean up afterwards =)

    Hi, I'm a bit new to smoking food! But would love to get some advice! I've been putting 4-5 chunks of hickory (near the element) every hour, and feel that the taste is not smokey enough. But I've also been getting a thicker white smoke. It eventually dies down to what I think is thin blue...
