there's a lotta different views on this, me i like to leave it on but i will cut the fat cap off then rub it real well then rub the fat cap on the bottom and lay it back down on the butt...when done i just lift off the fat cap...or if you want smoke with it on then right before wrapping take it...
hi, i have seen a lotta post in here saying if you use the newer fridge you need to strip out the foam...yet i just took the back off my cajun injecter and there it was full of foam...is there a differents in that foam and the foam used in newer fridge...i have no clue thats why i'm asking....if...
hi, i have an old fridge i'm working on and i also have a cajun elec. smoker that the heating unit just went out on...i called the masterbuilt people and she said they longer built that smoker and had no parts/burners..650 w....so i asked what else could i do and she said that she would sell me...
has anyone ever took a gas stove and converted it to a smoker? i'm thinking it would be so easy to do with an external smoke box..plus you get complete control over the heat ...any thoughts? ty everyone
hi, i have an old freg i'm trying to smoke with an i cut the bottom out to sit a deep stainless steel pan in..in that i am sitting a low pressure gas burner..altho i'm useing a high pressure gas valve...why? because thats all i have right now...if it makes a different i will get another 1 low...
