Yeah I do it all the time. Some times I will follow Todds recipe for nuts which is basically a brown sugar coating with other spices (excellent by the way). Anyways cold smoke away.

I will go with smoked chocolate ice cream. Simply cold smoke your chocolate with Todd's items and then make your ice cream with the chocolate. People think you are crazy until they taste it.
Thanks Bear. So what I ended up doing was to take 1 cup of cider vinegar and added 1 cup brown sugar. I heated it to dissolve the sugar and then added about half of that to my pork. It helped. When I added some sauce to my sandwich it tasted less salty. Another option I was going to try but...
