I smoke for 4 hours on the rack in the smoker turn them after two hours and then in a pan with beef broth for another two hours in the smoker covered. I run them at 225 degrees the whole time.

looks like you scraped all of the seasoning off of the grill and that's why the food sticks.
Think of it as a giant cast iron skillet. Once its seasoned it will be non stick.

I have never done ribs from frozen But I have done chicken, steaks, pork chops and pork steaks with no problems. Guess now I can do the ribs also!

That's exactly what it is. I have cooked 18 hamburgers, 24 hotdogs and 18 brats all at once. The hardest part is getting it all done together!
I love my 36" BlackStone. It's great with a big crowd. Cooked many hotdogs, Brats, Hambugers and all sorts of breakfast items.
Keep it clean and well oiled and you will never have a problem with it.

I started a new job and one of my co-workers had a BBQ restaurant back in the day. He still smoked meat and invited me over to his place to help him.
And that started my "have to smoke meat and buy bigger, better smokers and every thing that goes with it!!!"
I did a lot of grilling before that...
I signed up to learn some things and haven't left. I also have spent more money on smokers, attachments, Cooking utensils and other "things" that I needed to Better my smoking.
Yes I do agree it has cost me some money BUT it sure is fun!
