I smoke for 4 hours on the rack in the smoker turn them after two hours and then in a pan with beef broth for another two hours in the smoker covered. I run them at 225 degrees the whole time. I have never done it whole, always in sections but I also rinse them before I cook them. I think...

First Breakfast on the Gifted Griddle

looks like you scraped all of the seasoning off of the grill and that's why the food sticks. Think of it as a giant cast iron skillet. Once its seasoned it will be non stick. I have a 36" and just bought the new 22" Black Stone with the wheels and I love them both. As far as the "oil" taste...

    Few cooks on new Blackstone!

Brokenhandle, That's exactly what it is. I have cooked 18 hamburgers, 24 hotdogs and 18 brats all at once. The hardest part is getting it all done together!

    Few cooks on new Blackstone!

I love my 36" BlackStone. It's great with a big crowd. Cooked many hotdogs, Brats, Hambugers and all sorts of breakfast items. Keep it clean and well oiled and you will never have a problem with it. Happy cooking!!

I started a new job and one of my co-workers had a BBQ restaurant back in the day. He still smoked meat and invited me over to his place to help him. Favorite widely available bourbon or whiskey

Just had Crown XO and loved it. Just a note I do not like crown so I was not sure about this one but it is very smooth and no "after bite" My go to is Jameson Irish Whiskey. I like to sip on it, NO ICE but if I do want it cold I put the bottle in the freezer.
