I would like to add different spices such as cayenne, paprika, or othe spices to my ham cure. Question is, would it ruin the wet cure? Could i add things like sriracha or honey? I would like to make something different than regular ole ham.
I have cured a couple hams now and feel pretty confident in curing. My question is can I add other spices such as cayenne, or sauces like sriracha to the cure? Id like to change up the ham To a different taste.
