    Question about temps on my GMG Daniel Boone

    I have been smoking with it and grilling with It just fine. It seems though that it has a really bad hot spot over the burner and that the far end doesn't get anywhere close to as hot as the rest of the unit. Anyone else have this problem?

    Thermometer calibration

    I was just wondering at what point water should boil at 4500ft. I am trying to calibrate my new Maverick ET-7 and when I stuck it in the boiling water it read 206-207 on both probes. Anyone that can point me in the right direction, please do so!

    Forum structure?

    I was just wondering why I have to start from the last page and read backwards. Is there a function that I can switch to read it from page 1+ not backwards to page 1? I have been on alot of other forums and this one is the only one that seems to be that way. Please help me enjoy my readings...
