Suggestions for a large Pellet Smoker

I have a Rec Tec RT-700, it works great. If you need a large cooking space with good price, I highly recommend a Camp Chef SmokePro LUX or ZGRILLS ZPG-1000E 2020. My friends own them.

    PitBoss temp issues

I just got a pit boss too. Mine runs hot, like very hot. I'll set it to 250 and sometimes it'll be up around 300. I do intend on calling them soon. I've heard this is a possible solution where they can send a new control board. I was just hoping that mine wouldn't have this defect.

Gig Davey Crocket Smoke Temps off?

The one thing is a pellet grill temps probably vary less than other cooking methods. Also, temps over 225 don’t produce as much smoke

Lost! Pit Boss not producing smoke

You want a thin blue smoke almost clear. Mine smokes every time the temp drops. I usually smoke on 225. On the down swing around 215ish the auger feeds and that's when I get some heavier smoke .
