Nothing fancy here folks. Picnic shoulder seasoned with Heath Riles Comp BBQ blend and cooked on the OK Joe Bronco before moving into the oven. It's was like butter at the end. Porky bliss.
I have the RecTeq Bullseye. I am very happy with it as a pellet smoker. Great customer service and the only issue I have is the ignitor rod just went after 3 years. I do not use it as a grill....just doesn't work as well in my opinion even though it can go to about 700F
Is this the Cuisinart that is like the WSM- barrel shaped? I started on that. I always did the minion method with 8-10 hot coals on the top. Worked well. You'll need to refuel a few times but I eventually bought a larger charcoal ring to limit that.

A camp chef like pellet grill. Anyone...
Late to this thread, but tbh this is why I rarely post pics anymore here. My android saves photos too big to post and it's too much of a hassle to convert them to a smaller size. Never had that issue with my old iPhone.
The cap that hangs off of the intake at the center bottom of the smoker is the air intake cap. Functionally, it's where the grease collects! It's not bad removing it after a cook but it's a tight fit between the bottom of the drum and the ground.
But people do take the air intake cap off if...
I have the regular Bronco. I absolutely love the thing. It's incredibly easy to hold temp with the vents. I keep the top fully open and control temp with the intake.
The only thing that I'll say is I prefer running briquettes in it. More consistent and predictable temp than lump, at least in...
I have gone back and forth on my water pan usage so much my head spins. But generally in a drum smoker I won't use a water pan, but usually in my pellet and Kamado I do use a water pan. I can't say I've noticed anything different taste wise necessarily, but more stable temps are definitely...
Well cared for SNS Kamado Gen 1 with cover for sale in Lehigh Valley PA (ABE area). I just don't use it and want it to go to a good home. Easy to use, holds temp like a champ. Comes with SNS reservoir and newer cover. Also comes with charcoal basket and kick ash pan. It's heavy so need some...
Greetings all,
I've been lurking but not posting for a while now, but I've run into some issues lately that I need some help on. The past few times I've done short ribs (bone in, individual ribs), I've been able to develop a good bark and nice smoke ring. They probe tender somewhere between...
SnS Kamado for sale in Allentown PA. Purchased a few years ago for ~1600. Asking 850 or best offer. Great piece of equipment just don't use it often and patio space is premium.
I have plenty of experience maintaining a fire so that's not an issue for the PK. I have other smokers and grills that I use, this is just going to be another tool in the box so to speak.
Hey everyone,
Long time no post but I've been lurking. I recently sold several grills that just didn't get used enough and/or didn't really fit my needs. This hobby is a wild ride.
But I'm looking to add something to the arsenals and have it narrowed down to the All New Original PK or the...
