My wife has been using TC for years on our Thanksgiving turkey. I was finally allowed to smoke our turkeys this year. With my wife being such of a traditionalist, I loaded those brined turkeys with TC and gave them a good ole Georgia hickory smokin'.

I have a Cobb grill that I use when my wife and I are traveling in our motor-home. I purchased the grill about 4 yrs ago. The advertisement stated that it had been originally used in Australia and fueled with corn cobs, hence the name. No additional info available.
