    New to Smoking (Some What)

    Got back into Smoking a while back when I was given a Cabals Smoker ( Gas ) have smoked a few thing on it but getting the Temp right was a PIA so today I found a great deal on a Masterbuild Electric so I jumped on it. Now the fun begins again
