    new pit probe on my flame boss is reading almost 100 cooler

    I ordered some new high-temp probes from the flame boss website to replace the original probes. I'm using a vision kamado and Flame Boss 200. Unfortunately without testing I threw a $50 brisket on to cook at 225. Like always I walked away trusting the flame boss to fonts job checking my phone...

    Just joined. I've owned a Komado-style Vision grill for about 5 years and I love it. I've also owned a lil' tex traeger that I bought as a convenience option that didn't really work out and I went back to the komado full time. Love the forum but decided to join recently so I can start asking...
