    So the ol' lady wanted turkey legs today. I'm not a fan (good thing I had some left over fattie from last night). Just pulled from brine. Rubbed (commercial rub) Here they are for a short rest before being devoured.

    Almost out of bratwurst

    So was looking in my freezer yesterday while putting away the 12 pork butts i picked up and realized i only had 2 packages of brata left. Better use a couple butts and make up some brats. Only did up 5lbs today, because I have another project working.
