    Doing a 10# brisket tonight . The weather is going to be around 29 tonight already put some rub on going to let it sit in the fridge until 1100 tonight

    how did the brisket come out ? do you have any pictures  ? I have a 10.5 pound brisket that I am going to do next weekend

    Hello everyone Did a butt yesterday left it in for about 10 hours (7 pounder) put rub on it . My mes 30 work great here in Woodstock Illinois. Going to have it for dinner tonight
