    top picture is hole in the side of cooking chamber next is the fire box, then the cooking chamber cooking chamber is 22''x66'' x1/4 fire box is 24''x24''x3/16 pipe between the two is 22''x6''x3/8 it will go half way in to cooking chamber. I have 13'' of 41/2'' thin wall pipe for the stack...

    that was the fire box.this is the cooking chamber. will the 6" pipe between the two be too small? the pipe will go half way into 22" cooking chamber.

    stolps  thanks my smoker will have a water bowl in it for the first cook  tried to add a drawing of my smoker but it did not work. cooking chamber is 22''x 66' fire box is 24'' x 24'' with a 6" pipe stuck 1/2 half way in cooking chamber. cooking chamber is 1/4" and fire box is 3/16" pipe...

    putting together my first smoker. a vertical  smoker.and need some help. I'm from Concord N.C. what I'm thanking is if i put a flat top on my cooking chamber is water will fall down on my meat.  how can i avoid this? I can cut and weld.
