    Already got some great info here! Just coming to roll call!

    Picked up this retired freezer last week and can't hardly wait to get it back to work! I did some jerky smoking about 15 years ago and now that I am retired myself wish to get it going again. Great site! I will learn a lot here. Thank you! Andy
