Had a gorgous day and plans to enjoy just teh football games and smoke. I also grilled two steaks up for dinner. I am very happy that the wife tried the ribs and loved them which she is not into smoked food.

Well today started off prefect good 6 mile walk then eat breakfast and figure out what to do on the smoker today. Well Burgers and Boars head Brots won. Did not feel like doing alot of heavy meat such as ribs etc. I love burgers so smoking them provides a great taste.
Well despite the weather I broke out the pellet grill to place my Bore Head Brot, Ribs and Brisket on for the week ahead. All cameout prefect no issues. Temp was a littel difficult as rain and cold made it different for me. Upped it to 225 which jumped to 245 and low 215 no worries loving it...
