    Has anyone used smokehouse pellets in their MES, if so what were the results? A friend gave me a few bags to use, just not sure if they will work.

    OMG  Smoked ribs on my new MES, and they were fantastic! I used the 3-2-1 method and the turned out great. GO FOR IT!!!!!

    It went from 0 to 300 in about 20 minutes, at 305 I turned it off.

    Help please

    I am doing the pre-season on my 20020713 as I type this, and after 30 minutes with the temp set at 275 I'm getteing a reading of 300! Could this be a bad controller, or something else?

    New here from Southeast Indiana

    I have been away from smoking for a long time, and decided to try my hand at it again. My new MES should be here tomorrow, my mouth is watering already! Going to start off with a mess of salmon!
