    Pulled the loin off at 145f. Foil wrapped for 20-30 min and then sliced. Uuuuuuuummmmm. The shoulder is still on. Gotta wait till it gets to 185f or so to pull it. Want to do some pulled with it.

    Hello all, Happy Father's Day to all the dads. Wife got me a new smoker. Now to try and figure it out. LoL. It's a Masterbuilt Pro dual fuel. Got it assembled and seasoned last night. Just put on a pork loin and shoulder to try it out. Now it's a waiting game. Might just take a nap while...
