    So just finished smoking the sausages to an internal temp of 165 at a temperature of about 225 degrees Fahrenheit. They taste good and are super juicy. Something I need to figure out is how to get actual smoke in the smoker. The manual doesn't tell me much on how to set the smoker up and stuff...
