    I started with 8-10 lit pieces of charcoal. I did not use any type of sealant around my intake or exhaust fittings.

    I have been wanting to get into smoking for a few years. I was looking at getting something like a little chief electric smoker but was just given an ECB for my birthday so this will be my weapon to get into smoking with. I have always prefered charcoal grilling and have never owned a gas grill...
