I am making ruebens tomorrow just with pre marinated corned beef. When I made brisket for the sake of brisket I didn't pull until I hit 190 and the poke test went very well at that teMp. Should I do the same or pull at 165 like I see and hear some people doing?
New guy to the forum. I put a pellet pro smoker assembly in an old fridge I found and have had so much fun the last few weeks using it. I have gotten a lot of helpful tips and hints from you all on here before I smoked anything with it and I appreciate it.
